使用 PHOTOV.STUDIO 官网（photov.studio）、PHOTOV Mac 端、photov.studio 小程序、PHOTOV.APP 手机端等产品与服务，即表示您同意本用户协议及我们的《用户隐私政策》。若不同意，请勿使用我们的服务。
我们提供照片管理、选图协作、相册与邀请、兑换码与钱包、官网下载与版本信息等服务。具体功能以实际产品为准；我们可能更新、暂停或终止部分功能，并尽可能提前通知。
您应保证注册与登录信息真实、合法，并对账号下行为负责。您不得利用我们的服务从事违法、侵权、骚扰他人或破坏系统安全等行为；不得未经授权访问他人数据或我们的系统。我们保留暂停或终止违规账号的权利。
PHOTOV.STUDIO 产品、官网、商标与界面等内容的著作权、商标权及其他知识产权归我们或合法权利人所有。您在使用中生成的内容（如相册、选图标注）的著作权由您或相应权利人享有；您授予我们为提供服务所必需的使用与存储许可。
服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责；因不可抗力、第三方服务故障、您自身操作或内容导致的损失，我们责任以法律规定的范围为限。若您为消费者，适用法律中有利于您的强制性规定不受影响。
若您使用订阅、兑换码或其它付费服务，须遵守我们公布的计费规则与退款政策。通过 Apple/微信等渠道的购买，还须遵守该渠道的条款。兑换码仅限在有效期内、按规则使用；我们有权对滥用或违规使用进行限制或作废。
我们可能修订本协议，修订后的版本将在官网发布并注明生效日期；重大变更将尽可能通过应用或网站通知。您继续使用服务即视为接受修订。您可随时停止使用并注销账号；我们也可在合理必要时终止或限制您的访问。
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括冲突法）。因本协议或服务产生的争议，双方应尽量友好协商；协商不成的，由我们所在地有管辖权的法院诉讼解决。

By using PHOTOV.STUDIO website (photov.studio), PHOTOV for Mac, photov.studio miniprogram, PHOTOV.APP mobile, and related products and services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide photo management, selection collaboration, galleries and invites, vouchers and wallet, website download and version information, and related services. Actual features are as provided in the products; we may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide accurate and lawful registration and login information and are responsible for activity under your account. You may not use our services for illegal, infringing, harassing or security-threatening conduct, or to access others' data or our systems without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Copyright, trademark and other intellectual property in PHOTOV.STUDIO products, website and interfaces belong to us or the rightful owners. You or the relevant rights holders retain rights in content you create (e.g. rolls, selection marks); you grant us the license necessary to provide the services, including use and storage.
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; our liability for losses due to force majeure, third-party failures, your own actions or content is limited as permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
If you use subscriptions, vouchers or other paid services, you must comply with our published billing and refund policies. Purchases via Apple, WeChat or other channels are also subject to those platforms' terms. Vouchers are valid only within their validity period and per our rules; we may restrict or invalidate misuse or violations.
We may amend these terms; the revised version will be published on our website with an effective date, and we will provide reasonable notice for material changes via the app or website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time; we may also terminate or limit your access when reasonably necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws). Disputes arising from these terms or the services shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court where we are located.
